Fleecy insoles in your shoes or boots will help keep your feet snug and warm.  Natural fibres such as wool or cotton keep you warmer than synthetic materials. Light fleecy clothes also create more warmth and are great worn on top of your other clothing. Ensure your heating system is serviced once a year and your chimney is swept if you have one. Seal all gaps around windows and doors and use draught excluders to keep cold air out of your home.
